Description / purpose
An initiaitve to better characterize the Delta wetlands and open water, as well as the Sacramento regional wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) prior to the $1.6 billion upgrade of the WWTP to understand how the upgrade will affect food webs, nutrient dynamics,algae, floating aquatic vegetation, and submerged aquatic vegetation
